Did you know today, December 7th, is National Cotton Candy Day?  Did you even know we had a National Day devoted to fairy floss?  I didn't either.  William Morrison and John C. Warton invented cotton candy in 1897, but didn’t introduce it to the public until the 1904 World’s Fair in St. Louis.
